Terms and Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Duck Duck Bingo platform (the "Platform"), which includes any websites, mobile applications, or other online services provided by us. By accessing, registering for an account with, or using the Platform in any manner, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Acceptance of the Terms

  1. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between Duck Duck Bingo (the "Company") and you ("User" or "you").
  2. The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
  3. Your continued use of the Platform shall be deemed acceptance of such modifications.

Eligibility Requirements

  3. You may only use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Minimum Age Requirements

  2. The Company will take reasonable steps to verify that users meet this minimum age requirement.

Geographic Restrictions

  1. Access to the Platform is restricted for residents of certain jurisdictions, including but not limited to those where online gaming is prohibited or restricted by law (the "Restricted Countries").
  2. By accessing or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that your jurisdiction does not prohibit or restrict access to the Platform.

Account Registration Rules

  1. To register an account with the Company, you must provide accurate and complete information.
  2. You may only have one active account with the Company (the "One-Account-Per-User Policy").
  3. The Company reserves the right to request additional verification or documentation as a condition of opening or maintaining your account.

Account Security Responsibilities

  1. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials, including your username and password.
  2. Do not share your login credentials with any third party.
  3. If you suspect unauthorized access or other security issues related to your account, notify the Company immediately.

Login Credentials and Password Protection

  1. Your username and password shall be used solely by you for accessing your account on the Platform.
  2. You must ensure that your device's browser and operating system are secure against hacking, malware, and viruses.

Restricted Behaviour and Prohibited Activities

  1. The following activities are prohibited:
    • Cheating or colluding with other players to manipulate gameplay or bonuses;
    • Hacking or attempting to access restricted areas of the Platform;
    • Creating multiple accounts in violation of the One-Account-Per-User Policy; and
    • Engaging in any activity that interferes with others' enjoyment of the Platform.
  2. Any breach of these Terms, including but not limited to these restrictions, may result in suspension or closure of your account.

Bonus and Promotion Rules

  1. The Company shall credit bonus funds into your account as described in our promotional terms and conditions (the "Promotions").
  2. Bonuses are non-cashable, meaning they can only be used for play on the Platform.
  3. By accepting a bonus or participating in Promotions, you agree to abide by these Terms.

Wagering and Gameplay Conditions

  1. All wagers placed through your account must comply with applicable laws and regulations.
  2. You are responsible for ensuring that all bets made are within your means and do not result in financial difficulties.

Bonus Abuse Prevention

  1. The Company reserves the right to withhold, void or cancel any bonuses issued if you fail to meet the requirements outlined above (including but limited to those related to bonus terms).
  2. We reserve the right to suspend or close your account without prior notice if we suspect bonus abuse or other irregularities.

Deposits and Withdrawals

  1. All deposits are subject to standard banking fees, which may be deducted from your deposited amount.
  2. You must verify your identity before requesting any withdrawals (the "Verification Before Withdrawal Procedure").
  3. The Company shall follow our Processing and Review Procedures when processing withdrawal requests.

Processing and Review Procedures

  1. All deposit and withdrawal transactions will be subject to a thorough review by the Company, including anti-money laundering checks.
  2. The Company reserves the right to request additional documentation from you if deemed necessary for these purposes.

Responsible Gambling Expectations

  1. The Company shall take reasonable steps to ensure that users are aware of responsible gaming practices and tools available on our Platform (including but not limited to reality checks, time-outs, self-exclusion).
  2. You acknowledge the risk associated with online gaming and agree to use it responsibly.

Self-Exclusion and Account Restrictions

  1. The Company will honor your request for self-exclusion from accessing or using the Platform for a specified period.
  2. We reserve the right to suspend or close your account if we believe such restrictions are necessary based on our investigation.

Game Fairness and RNG Systems

  1. All games provided by third-party game developers are subjected to thorough testing, including but not limited to the following areas:
    • Random Number Generators (RNG);
    • Fair Game Rules;
  2. We take no responsibility for any disputes arising from or related to gameplay issues with these external providers.

Technical Interruptions or Voided Gameplay

  1. The Company will provide advance notice where reasonably possible when we intend to carry out essential maintenance, system updates, or other temporary disruptions.
  2. In the event of a technical issue causing your session to be interrupted (including but not limited to server errors), any actions performed before such interruption may be rendered void and cannot be recovered.

Suspension or Closure of Accounts

  1. The Company reserves the right to suspend or close accounts if:
    • we believe that you have engaged in prohibited activities;
    • your account is identified as being part of a group sharing common factors (including but not limited to IP address, computer browser data, login times, and geographic location);
    • your behavior poses significant harm to others; or
    • such action is necessary for other reasons outlined by applicable laws.
  2. In the event that your account is suspended or closed, you agree that we will have no liability in relation to any claims arising from your access or use of our Platform.

Intellectual Property and Platform Ownership

  1. All content on our Platform (including but not limited to graphics, logos, software code, text) belongs exclusively to the Company.
  2. The design and layout of this site are owned by the Company and registered with applicable authorities for protection under intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

  1. In no event will we be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your access or use of our Platform, including but not limited to:
    • direct loss (excluding fees);
    • indirect losses;
    • punitive damages; and
    • consequential loss.
  2. Any liability is limited to the lesser of: a) an amount equal to your deposit(s); b) £1 million in any one year.

Modification of Terms

We may change these terms or conditions at any time without prior notice by posting revised versions on our Platform. It shall be deemed that you agree with such modifications if you continue using the Platform after we have published them.

If a court decides that a part of this agreement is illegal, invalid or unenforceable under applicable law(s), it will not affect the validity and enforceability of any other provision in these Terms (if possible).
